Dubai Source fabricates bespoke structures in-house at its 20,000 sq ft facility in Al Quoz, Industrial Area 4, Street No. 14 B — CNC cutting, metal fabrication, acrylic works, joinery and spray finishing under one roof, installed by our own crews across the UAE.
One Workshop, Every Material
Fabricated In-House — Not Sent Out To Trade Shops
Most fit-out companies subcontract fabrication. We don't. Our 20,000 sq ft workshop in Al Quoz Industrial Area 4 houses CNC machining, a dedicated metal department, acrylic fabrication, joinery benches and a spray booth, all run by our own team.
Keeping wood, metal and acrylic production under one roof means mixed-material pieces are trial-fitted before they leave the workshop, tolerances line up between trades, and quality, programme and finish stay under our direct control.
Visiting hours are Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. You are welcome to inspect prototypes and work in progress on the shop floor before approving full production.

What Our Fabrication Team Delivers
CNC Cutting & Machining
Nested-based CNC production turns approved drawings into panels, profiles and formed components that repeat to the same tolerance across a whole production run.
Metal Fabrication
Our dedicated in-house metal department fabricates stainless and mild steel frames, screens, brackets and architectural features, finished to spec before assembly.
Acrylic Fabrication
Custom-cut and formed acrylic panels, displays, screens and branded elements are fabricated and polished by our own team for retail and interior applications.
Bespoke Joinery Manufacturing
Carcasses, veneered panelling and solid-surface work are manufactured alongside metal and acrylic so mixed-material pieces are trial-fitted before delivery.
Finishing & Assembly
Spray booth lacquer and duco finishes, dry-assembly, quality checks against drawings and protective packing — completed under one roof in Al Quoz.
Delivery & Installation
Our own crews deliver, install, level and scribe fabricated work to as-built site conditions and hand over with defects closed out.

We review drawings, samples or a concept and confirm materials, finishes, tolerances and budget for fabrication.

Shop Drawings
Detailed production drawings across wood, metal and acrylic are issued for approval before anything is cut.

Workshop Production
CNC, metal, acrylic and joinery departments manufacture to one programme in our 20,000 sq ft facility.

Work is finished, trial-assembled, delivered and installed by our crews — then handed over snag-free.
