Your Stand Is Manufactured, Not Assembled From Stock

Every exhibition stand we deliver is produced in our own 20,000 sq ft workshop in Al Quoz Industrial Area 4 — CNC-formed fin walls, curved structures, counters and display units manufactured to approved drawings, with joinery, metal and graphics departments working to one programme.

Before any show, the complete stand is dry-assembled on our shop floor so structure, finishes, graphics and lighting are inspected and signed off in advance — which is how builds like our NFPC exhibition stand reached the venue show-ready with no on-site surprises.

Working hours are Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. You are welcome to inspect your stand during dry-assembly before it ships to the venue.

Custom Stand Design & Engineering

Stands are engineered from your brand brief and floor plan — structure, sightlines, storage and services are resolved in shop drawings before anything is cut.

CNC-Formed Structures

Fin walls, curved bulkheads, feature arches and display structures are CNC-formed in-house so complex geometry repeats accurately across the whole stand.

Workshop Dry-Assembly

Every stand is fully dry-assembled on our shop floor before the show, so fit, finish and graphics are signed off before a single part reaches the venue.

Graphics & Signage Integration

Illuminated fascia, 3D lettering, lightboxes and large-format graphics are produced and integrated in-house rather than subcontracted at the venue.

Lighting & AV Coordination

Power distribution, feature lighting, screens and AV mounting points are planned into the structure and tested during dry-assembly.

Install, Dismantle & Storage

Our own crews handle venue installation, show support, dismantling and return — reusable structures can be stored for your next exhibition.

From Brief To Show Floor

Brief & Floor Plan
We review the organiser manual, floor plan, height limits and your brand objectives to agree a buildable concept.

Design & Shop Drawings
3D visuals, technical drawings and finish samples are issued for approval, with venue submissions handled for you.

Workshop Build & Dry-Fit
The stand is manufactured in Al Quoz and fully dry-assembled in the workshop for your sign-off before the show.

Venue Install & Handover
Our crews install at the venue, dress the stand and hand it over show-ready — then dismantle and remove after close.
