Dubai Source manufactures bespoke joinery in a 20,000 sq ft facility in Al Quoz, Industrial Area 4, Street No. 14 B — machining, veneering, finishing and assembly in-house, installed by our own site teams across the UAE.
The Al Quoz Workshop
Manufactured In-House, Not Outsourced
Our joinery is produced in our own 20,000 sq ft workshop in Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, which means quality, finish and programme stay under our control from shop drawing to handover — nothing is subcontracted between design approval and installation.
That single-workshop model is how we have delivered more than 6,000 projects for retail, F&B, corporate and residential clients across Dubai and the wider UAE, with joinery, metal, glass and solid-surface departments working to one programme.
Visiting hours are Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. You are welcome to inspect samples and work in progress on the shop floor before approving production.
Capabilities
What Our Joinery Workshop Does
CNC Cutting & Machining
Nested-based CNC production for carcasses, panels and profiled components, cut from shop drawings so every part repeats to the same tolerance.
Veneering & Grain Matching
Sequence-matched veneer lay-up and pressing in-house, keeping grain continuous across doors, panelling and display niches.
Spray & Lacquer Finishing
Dedicated spray booth for lacquer, duco and matt finishes, colour-matched and sampled for approval before batch production.
Metal, Glass & Solid Surface
In-house metal fabrication, glass partitions and solid-surface work so mixed-material joinery is assembled and trial-fitted before it leaves the workshop.
Assembly & Quality Control
Units are dry-assembled, checked against drawings and protected for transport, which cuts snagging once installation starts on site.
Site Installation
Our own installation crews fit the joinery, level and scribe to as-built conditions and hand over with defects closed out.

From Shop Drawing To Handover

Brief & Site Survey
We review the design intent, survey as-built dimensions and confirm materials, finishes and access.

Shop Drawings
Detailed production drawings and finish samples are issued for approval before anything is cut.

Workshop Production
Machining, veneering, spraying and assembly are completed in Al Quoz under one programme.
- 04
Delivery & Installation
Units are delivered in sequence, installed by our crews and handed over after snagging.
